Quantity Surveyor (Civil, East area)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budget, bill of quantities and other documentation
• Assessment of progress payments to subcontractors / suppliers
• Preparation of progress claims and variation order to the client
• Settlement of final accounts with Client and subcontractors / suppliers

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum3 years relevant experience working in construction industry
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with QS measurement software will be an advantage.
