RPA Automation Developer

We are looking for a skilled RPA Automation Developer with 5-9 years of experience to join our team in the Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firms industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation development and implementation.

• Design, develop, and implement automated solutions using RPA tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and prioritize project requirements.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts and processes.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance of automated solutions to ensure high-quality output.
• Provide training and support to end-users on automated solutions and processes.

• Strong knowledge of RPA tools and technologies, including programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Experience with automation frameworks and platforms, such as UiPath or Blue Prism.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
