Location: Lagos & Ibadan
Employment Type: Full Time (On site)
Compensation: Base Salary + Performance Pay
No experience? No problem. We're looking for ambitious, coachable individuals who are eager to build a successful career in real estate sales. We'll provide the training, you bring the drive.
What You'll Do:
• Generate and qualify sales leads
• Follow up with prospective clients and schedule inspections
• Build strong customer relationships
• Promote and sell trusted real estate products
• Meet monthly sales targets
What You'll Need:
• SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated and target driven
• Willingness to learn and grow in sales
• Sales experience is an added advantage but not required
