Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Maharashtra, specifically in the Mumbai, Thane, and Western region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Loan Against Property (LAP) and will be responsible for generating business through various channels including Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), brokers, connectors, and channel partners. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in achieving monthly sales and disbursement targets while acquiring new customers and managing existing relationships. Key responsibilities include developing and managing DSA and referral networks, coordinating with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for loan processing and disbursement, and ensuring compliance with KYC, documentation, and lending policies. Additionally, the Sales Manager will monitor sales performance and maintain business reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Candidates should possess 4-8 years of experience in LAP, Mortgage, Home Loans, or Secured Loan Sales, with a preference for those who have worked with Banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), or Housing Finance companies.
