Sales Team Leader

· Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.

· Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

· Develop and manage a portfolio of diverse customer accounts with a focus on promoting growth achieving margin objectives and key performance indicators.

· Preform & achieve all goals and targets set for the sales team.

· Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.

· Provide feedback to marketing on success of promotion campaigns and client requirements/trends

· Gather market and customers’ information

· Maintain leads in an organized manner

· Discover new ways to implement high growth in the market & achieve even higher targets for the team.

· Increase client retention in the team by providing clear follow up guidelines.

· Prepare quarterly reports on deposits, clients, sales team as well as challenges faced in the market
