AI Engineer / Analyst Programmer / System Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an AI Engineer / Analyst Programmer / System Analyst to join our client team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will play a key part in the full software development lifecycle—from building prototypes based on user needs to coding, testing, and system rollout. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on developer eager to apply modern web technologies and leverage emerging AI coding tools to accelerate development and deliver high-impact public sector systems.

Responsibilities

• System development, maintenance, and support

• Assist senior staff in end-to-end system development.

• Develop functional prototypes based on collected user requirements.

• Perform coding, create test plans, and carry out thorough testing on program modules.

• Support the team in conducting comprehensive system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder or above

• At least 3 years experience of application development experience

• 3 years experience in Java (J2EE & Springboot), Vue.js, JavaScript, Python, SQL in System Implementation, Maintenance, and Support.

• 2 years experience in AI, LLM machine learning and GenAI could be considered as AI Engineer.
