We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential and commercial interior projects from concept development to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts, space planning layouts, mood boards and material proposals based on clients’ needs and budgets.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, detailed carpentry drawings and 3D visualizations.
- Present design proposals and advise clients on materials, finishes, furniture and fittings.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and consultants to ensure accurate execution of the approved design.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
- Manage project timelines, design revisions and budgets.
- Guide junior designers and review their work to maintain design quality.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant interior design experience, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and rendering software such as Enscape.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, construction detailing and renovation processes.
- Good communication, presentation and project coordination skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects independently with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Singapore renovation practices and relevant submission requirements is an advantage.
