Senior IT Engineer (M&E Engineering Firm) – Up to $6000 | 5 Days

Salary: $4,500 – $6,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network and office IT equipment.

• Troubleshoot Windows PCs, laptops, printers, LAN, Wi-Fi and connectivity issues.

• Perform basic Active Directory administration, including user accounts, password resets and access permissions.

• Assist with Sophos Firewall administration and troubleshooting.

• Set up and maintain computers, printers and other IT equipment.

• Manage basic IT inventory and assist with employee onboarding/offboarding.

• Coordinate with external IT vendors on repairs, warranty, procurement and maintenance.

• Maintain basic IT documentation and system records.

• Escalate complex technical issues when required.

• Ensure IT systems and equipment remain operational and properly maintained.

• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.

• Relevant experience in IT support, desktop support or IT infrastructure is preferred.

• Good knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, networking and hardware troubleshooting.

• Experience with Sophos Firewall is an advantage.

• Familiar with LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DHCP and DNS.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on, responsible and willing to learn.

• Good communication skills and able to support both technical and non-technical users.
