Senior IT Officer
Description
Responsibilities:
Serve as a point of contact for all respective teams for the group level
The position holder will work to support the users base for business requirements collection, planning cost and timeline
Design business new features, and process flows, with implementation
Training and support end users knowledge to provide maintenance, configuration, and reporting
Coordinate UAT and training for business users
Take responsibility for IT project deployment; evaluate post-implementation results for necessary system fine-tunings and operation adaptation
Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configurations and related materials
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Information system, IT or relevant field
1 - 3 years of work experience as a Project Analyst for an internal large-scale system OR ERP/CRM system etc.
Solid experience in Microsoft Dynamics (ERP/ CRM) system implementation OR related systems
Knowledgeable in web or mobile application development
Experience in database programming (PL/SQL, Transact-SQL)
Good team player with strong troubleshooting skills
Good communication skills
Knowledge in cyber security will be a plus
Effective verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
