Role - Senior Manager- Sales (MICE) Location- Kolkata Key Responsibilities Responsibilties:- Achieve budgeted sales and revenue targets Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key customers Build pipeline of new customers and maintain Key account relationships to build repeat businesses Deliver Thomas Cooks Best in class services to clients Align customer requirements to our delivery systems and handover meetings with Operations Build brand value by demonstrating professional practices Ensure client collections are as per the agreed terms and conditions, cash flow management Signing of MOUs / GFOs / SLAs for all projects People Managers to periodically review the performance of the sales team People Managers to establish and govern the sales organizations performance management system, which includes allocation of responsibilities, roles, setting right expectations of the team and drive complete accountability with results Understand the industrys best practices and consider implementing them as per business requirement Responsible to build strong relationships with key influencers and decision makers across all corporate clients Expanding relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions Updating sales funnel and participates in regular sales reviews in conjunction with the senior key account management Regular updating of the information / data on the business system for MIS and follow laid down processes under the sales function of MICE Business Submission & collection of important documents (such as GST certificates) to clients / file closing team for better control. .
