Healthcare | Base Salary + Commission
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading multidisciplinary specialist medical centre located in Novena, Singapore. As the business continues to grow its corporate and premium healthcare offerings, we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive with strong client acquisition and business development capabilities to join the team.
The Role
You will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, developing corporate relationships and building strategic partnerships that contribute directly to revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Acquire new clients through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals and outreach
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets
Develop relationships with corporate clients, insurers, healthcare professionals and strategic partners
Identify opportunities for new business, upselling and account growth
Build and leverage referral networks, including within the healthcare and HNWI communities
Manage key accounts and maintain strong long-term client relationships
We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in sales, business development or account management
A proven track record in client acquisition and new business generation
Strong prospecting, pitching, negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Highly proactive, commercially driven and results-oriented
Experience in healthcare, medical, insurance or wellness is highly advantageous.
Existing corporate, healthcare or HNWI networks will be a strong advantage
