About us
Endo Grilles has designed and installed invisible grilles, zip blinds, roller blinds, curtains and window restrictors for Singapore homes since 2017. Our showroom is at 3 Guillemard Road, near Kallang MRT. Homeowners come to us for safety and comfort decisions they’ll live with for 10+ years, and we want consultants who sell the same way: honestly, patiently, and with follow-through.

What you’ll do
You own each customer from first enquiry to final review:

• Pick up assigned enquiries from our sales board, key in the details and respond the same day
• Read floor plans, take measurements and prepare accurate quotations
• Invite customers to the showroom and run the demo and consultation
• Follow up on the board’s schedule until the order is signed and the deposit is in
• Liaise with the operations team on site survey and installation dates, and keep the customer informed
• Follow up on final payment after installation and request a Google review
• Guide junior consultants on product knowledge and customer handling

What we’re looking for

• At least 3 years of sales experience in renovation, interior design, furniture, home appliances, property or another high-ticket consumer field
• A track record of steady tenure; at least 2 years in one sales role preferred
• Consultative seller: you listen first, then recommend
• Disciplined with follow-up: you work a pipeline the way the board says, every day, not just when you feel like it
• Good spoken and written English; fluency in spoken Mandarin is a strong advantage, as many of our showroom customers prefer to discuss their home in Mandarin
• Confident with Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business

What we offer

• 5-day work week: Tuesday to Saturday or similar, with Sundays and one fixed weekday off every week
• No cold calling. Around 10 warm enquiries a day come in through our website, ads and WhatsApp, shared across the team and tracked on our sales board with a set follow-up schedule
• Basic salary $2,800–$3,500 depending on experience; $3,500 is for candidates with 3+ years in home-improvement or interior sales
• Commission on every closed sale, uncapped, paid the month after final payment is received. Guaranteed $500/month commission for your first 3 months; our top consultant earned $1,500–$2,000/month in commission this year
• Full product training; no prior grille or blinds experience needed
• Annual leave, medical benefits and CPF contributions
