Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend microservices. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Go, Java, or Python. Architect and implement robust APIs for internal and external consumption. Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver solutions. Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and fault tolerance. Implement security best practices and ensure data integrity. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across distributed systems. Contribute to the evolution of our technology stack and development best practices. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development. Proven experience designing and building microservices architectures. Proficiency in at least one modern backend programming language (e.g., Go, Java, Python). Strong understanding of distributed systems, consensus algorithms, and message queues (e.g., Kafka, Rabbit MQ). Experience with relational and No SQL databases. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
