- Design and build robust game architectures from scratch in Unity.
- Develop and maintain high-quality gameplay systems for casual and hyper-casual mobile games and rapid prototypes.
- Apply clean code principles and SOLID design to ensure scalable, maintainable codebases.
- Collaborate across disciplines to define technical requirements and drive implementation independently.
- Mentor and lead development efforts, ensuring best practices across the project lifecycle.
- Minimum 5 years of Unity development experience in mobile games.
- Proven track record with casual and hyper-casual games, rapid prototyping and full project cycles.
- Deep understanding of SOLID principles, clean code standards and architectural design.
- Experience building and maintaining game architecture from the ground up.
- English language proficiency at upper-intermediate level.
- Technical degree.
- Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and strong sense of ownership.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience building client-server architecture for mobile games.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
- Experience in game design.
- Experience or understanding of C++.
