Senior Unity developer

Summary

Leads Unity game architecture and development for casual/hyper-casual mobile games, designing scalable systems, mentoring teams, and delivering end-to-end gameplay mechanics in a fast-paced, agile environment.

We’re looking for a senior Unity developer to lead the architecture and development of casual and hyper-casual games from the ground up. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building mobile game mechanics end to end, come build with us.

  • Design and build robust game architectures from scratch in Unity.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality gameplay systems for casual and hyper-casual mobile games and rapid prototypes.
  • Apply clean code principles and SOLID design to ensure scalable, maintainable codebases.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to define technical requirements and drive implementation independently.
  • Mentor and lead development efforts, ensuring best practices across the project lifecycle.
  • Minimum 5 years of Unity development experience in mobile games.
  • Proven track record with casual and hyper-casual games, rapid prototyping and full project cycles.
  • Deep understanding of SOLID principles, clean code standards and architectural design.
  • Experience building and maintaining game architecture from the ground up.
  • English language proficiency at upper-intermediate level.
  • Technical degree.
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and strong sense of ownership.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience building client-server architecture for mobile games.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
  • Experience in game design.
  • Experience or understanding of C++.
  • Part-time remote work.
