Key responsibilities
Complete all routine Service Desk tasks during the assigned shift.
Provide remote hands and eyes support for customers as required.
Monitor and manage ongoing activities throughout the shift.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and activities in progress.
Deliver a thorough handover of ongoing activities to the next shift.
Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to support timely issue resolution.
