RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive range of technical after-sales service support, installation, commissioning and repair plus preventive maintenance plans for scientific equipment - laboratory/ research/ analytical equipment in the scientific industry
• Provide technical consultation to customers.
• Respond to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems and taking corrective actions within targeted timeline.
• Prepare service reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• ITE/Higher NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant technical work experience in service/ maintenance.
• Ideally process experience in similar industry (scientific equipment).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and a team player.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with good business acumen.
• Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage
