Servicenow Architect

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Develop and execute project plans for ITOM projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize IT operations using ServiceNow tools.
• Provide technical guidance on CMDB best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Job Requirements :

• 9-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting with expertise in ITSM, ITOM, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform including ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, etc.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex integrations between different systems using APIs or other integration technologies.
