Servicenow Architect

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical designs for ITSM processes.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs or other integration tools.
• Provide expert-level support for complex issues related to ServiceNow platform.

Job Requirements :

• 10-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and its application in IT service management.
• Proficiency in Integration development using various technologies such as APIs, webhooks, etc.
• Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
