SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Salary: ₱14,000 – ₱20,000 per month

• Graduate of BS Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.

• At least 1 year experience in the said role.

• Experience in project management and the ability to plan and coordinate software development projects.

• Strong leadership abilities, interpersonal skills, and ability to motivate and mentor team members.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to provide technical guidance and support to team members.

• Can accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.

• Effective programming skills in relevant languages and technologies.

• Proficiency in software development methodologies.

• Familiarity with software development tools.

• Background in java/c# .net technologies is an advantage.

• Knowledge in Database systems and design
