The Program Management Department plays a central role in driving control, transparency, and accountability across the delivery of documentation and simulation (DfX) activities that support wind turbine deployment. Working in close partnership with Documentation teams, Product Platforms, Sales, Design Modules, Value Chain functions, and Customer Project Sites, the team ensures effective coordination of cross-functional dependencies and promotes consistent project execution standards.
Beyond operational delivery, the department is responsible for strengthening project management capabilities, tools, and best practices across the organization. The team also supports the continuous development of Value Chain Services (VCS) by leading strategic and transformative initiatives aligned with business priorities and the broader R&D strategy.
As part of a highly collaborative and forward-looking environment, the team contributes directly to the Transformation, Enablement & Innovation roadmap, helping build scalable capabilities, improve ways of working, and drive long-term organizational success.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility and insights across the Value Chain Services organization
Create impactful data visualizations and analytical solutions to support operational and strategic decision-making
Integrate, manage, and transform data from multiple sources, including SAP and other enterprise systems, to enable accurate reporting
Ensure high standards of data quality, reporting accuracy, and consistency across all reporting solutions
Partner with data owners, system specialists, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective reporting solutions
Support the development, monitoring, and continuous improvement of KPIs and performance metrics
Provide ad hoc reporting, analysis, and data-driven insights to support business initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related analytical field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis techniques
Experience with Power BI and data visualization is an advantage
Understanding of data modelling, data management, and reporting concepts
Familiarity with SQL and database fundamentals is considered beneficial
Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage but not a requirement
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to learn new tools and collaborate effectively with stakeholders

Primary workplace: The role will be based in Aarhus, Denmark.
Work hours: We expect you to work 15-25 hours per week. You align with your manager on what days you are working. We are flexible to accommodate your studies in periods where you must study for exams, etc.
