Finance > Vestas Legal, Risk & Compliance > Insurance Vestas is seeking a motivated student worker to support the Insurance & Risk team within our global Legal, Risk & Compliance organization. The Insurance & Risk department is an integrated part of our Global Risk Team and has global responsibility for Vestas' insurance setup with a wide range of insurance assignments. The team consists of 12 highly experienced professionals, 6 of whom are in Denmark to handle all corporate insurance matters. This position is meant to support the insurance team handling Vestas' Global Insurance programs. Responsibilities Administration and monitoring updates on global insurance lines Support the Insurance team in the day-to-day work. This includes administration of various insurance lines as well as answering questions related to the insurance lines from colleagues around the world Support insurance colleagues in the continuous development and update of internal guidelines and documentation Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Law, Risk Management & Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Fluent in English - both verbal and written. Capable of handling routine tasks with minimal supervision Flexible availability, with the ability to support deliveries with shifting deadlines (we support flexibility during exam periods) Competencies You are able to work in an international environment with many stakeholders, with a service-minded attitude and good interpersonal skills You pay close attention to details and can effectively manage challenging tasks as they arise With a practical mindset, you prioritize effectively and understand the processes needed to complete work You are focused and have a high motivation for delivering results - setting the bar high While being self-directed and result-oriented, you also support collaboration and team spirit You show a growth-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn, being outgoing and seeking collaborations and resolutions What we offer Flexible hours are available to work around your studies, along with practical experience in a collaborative and encouraging setting.
