SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

As a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST, you will provide oversight of a wide range of administrative and analytical duties in support of resource management, personnel operations, strategic planning, policy implementation, and program evaluation.

The responsibilities described are for the full performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope performed with less independence, and limited complexity.

Direct the activities of expert staff responsible for supporting complex programs, policies, and operations across multiple functional areas.

Facilitate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to advance solutions, ensure effective resource management, and implement process improvements in compliance with applicable regulations and organizational policies.

Monitor and evaluate systems, workflows, and processes; recommend changes to practices or policies as needed and coordinate liaison activities.

Oversee reporting and analyze complex data to provide actionable insights to leadership.

Provide strategic guidance to staff and leadership on core business functions, operational activities, process improvement, project performance, resource allocation, employee development, and technical problem-solving.

This residency requirement states that candidates must have, for three of the last five years immediately prior to applying for this position; (1) resided in the United States; OR (2) worked for the United States Government as an employee overseas in a Federal or Military capacity, OR (3) been a dependent of a U.S. Federal or Military employee serving overseas. Supervisory/Managerial Probationary Period: You may be required to serve a twelve-month probationary period upon appointment to this position. You may also be required to complete an appropriate supervisory training course within one year of assignment to this position.
