System Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manage server hardware, storage, and virtualization infrastructure to ensure system reliability and availability.

• Perform installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of Linux operating systems.

• Manage and maintain middleware, database, and supporting services to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

• Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.

• Conduct routine maintenance, system updates, and infrastructure optimization to minimize downtime.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience as a System Engineer.

• Hands-on experience in hypervisor implementation and administration, with mandatory familiarity with Proxmox.

• Strong knowledge of Linux operating system administration.

• Experience managing physical server hardware and centralized storage infrastructure.

• Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, uptime management, and performance tuning of Nginx, Apache, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
