System Engineer (Contract 1 Years)
Summary
1-year contract System Engineer in Bangkok maintaining Dell PowerEdge server infrastructure: installing/configuring servers, 24/7 monitoring, firmware/patch management, access control, backup/RAID and disaster recovery, and Dell Support coordination. Works across Windows Server, RHEL/Ubuntu, and VMware/Hyper-V.
Salary: ฿40,000 – ฿60,000 per month
Responsibilities
ดูแลบริหารจัดการและบำรุงรักษา (Install, Configure, Maintain) ระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐานที่ใช้งาน เช่น Dell
PowerEdge EX Servers, etc.
เฝ้าระวังและแก้ไขปัญหา (Monitor & Troubleshoot) ประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของ Server ผ่านเครื่องมือบริหาร
จัดการของ Dell เพื่อให้ระบบทำงานได้ 24/7
บริหารจัดการฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์ (Hardware & Firmware Management) update Patch, Firmware,
Drivers และจัดการด้านสิทธิการเข้าใช้งาน (Access Control)
สำรองและกู้คืนข้อมูล (Backup & Disaster Recovery) วางแผนและดำเนินการสำรองข้อมูลควบคุมระบบ RAID
และเตรียมพร้อมสำหรับเหตุฉุกเฉิน
ประสานงานฝ่ายสนับสนุน (Vendor Coordination) ติดต่อประสานงานกับ Dell Support ในการเคลมอะไหล่
(Hardware Replacement)
Qualifications
ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน System Engineer หรือ Admin ดูแล Server อย่างน้อย 2 ปี (ต้องสามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้)
เชี่ยวชาญโครงสร้างและฮาร์ดแวร์ของ Servers (ทั้งแบบ Rack, Tower และ Blade Servers)
มีความชำนาญในการใช้งาน ในการรีโมทควบคุมและตรวจสอบสถานะระบบ
มีความรู้เชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับ RAID Controller การตั้งค่าและการจัดการโครงสร้าง RAID (RAID 0, 1, 5, 10)
มีประสบการณ์บริหารจัดการ Windows Server, Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) และระบบ Virtualization (VMware vSphere/ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V)
Good command in writing, speaking, listening
