Systems Engineer – IT Infrastructure (100% Onsite / No WFH)
Salary: ฿35,000 – ฿52,000 per month
Location: Ekkamai, Bangkok
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30
Work arrangement: 100% onsite
About the role
Join an IT solution provider serving mainly manufacturing customers. Handle infrastructure projects from site surveys and solution design through installation, handover, and after-sales support.
Key responsibilities
Survey customer sites and design server, network, LAN, and related hardware solutions
Prepare technical specifications, equipment sizing, Bills of Materials (BOM), and network diagrams
Coordinate with Sales, Project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors on equipment and installation schedules
Supervise installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and technical handover
Prepare and check hardware before delivery; coordinate warranty claims and replacements
Provide onsite and remote technical support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for customers
Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and service reports
About you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
At least 3 years of Systems Engineering or IT Infrastructure experience within a system integration (SI) company
Practical knowledge of servers, storage, TCP/IP, VLAN, switching, routing, and network troubleshooting
Experience with server installation, operating system configuration, hardware deployment, and onsite support
Ability to assess customer requirements, prepare technical designs and BOMs, and coordinate project delivery
Ability to communicate in English with Japanese management and understand technical documents
Willingness to work 100% onsite and travel to customer sites
Experience with Windows Server, virtualization, backup solutions, firewalls, Wi-Fi, or Microsoft 365 is an advantage
Relevant technical certifications are welcome
