Technical Business Analyst

Salary: ₱70,000 – ₱85,000 per month

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or a similar role.

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, functional documentation, and stakeholder management.

• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, data validation, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with APIs, system integrations, data mapping, and application workflows.

• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect management, and production issue investigation.

• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Excel, and Postman is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
