UAT Tester - Financial Industry - Up to S$4k (1 year contract)

Job Description:

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test execution, issue logging, and validation of system enhancements.
• Engage Recruitment Manager and business users to gather feedback, requirements, and suggestions for system improvements.
• Assist in tracking, consolidating, and following up on defects, enhancement requests, and testing outcomes.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to facilitate testing, training, and change management activities.
• Prepare reports, user feedback summaries, and project updates for management review.
• Support communication and engagement efforts to drive awareness and adoption across the agency force.
• Assist in documenting business processes, user guides, and testing materials where required

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of UAT experience
• Knowledge of HR recruitment activities will be a plus
