Urgent: Production / Project Coordinator (Precision Engineering & Manufacturing)
Summary
Coordinates precision-engineered fabrication projects from customer requirements to delivery, ensuring schedules, drawings, and installations align with stainless-steel manufacturing workflows.
Responsibilities
- Oversee fabrication projects end-to-end, tracking production schedules, drawing workflows, and delivery arrangements.
- Act as the primary communication bridge between customers, sales teams, and the production floor to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
- Examine customer requirements and fundamental engineering drawings, clarifying any technical details prior to production.
- Coordinate on-site measurements, delivery schedules, and installation services as needed.
- Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or delays and collaborate with relevant parties to resolve them quickly.
- Provide regular updates on project status to internal management and external clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication or related mechanical industries, with a strong background in stainless steel fabrication.
- Foundational understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing workflows, including the ability to perform on-site measurements and production sketching.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and exercise strong organizational skills.
- Prior working experience in high-tech, cleanroom, semiconductor (Semi-con), or pharmaceutical (Pharma) industries.
