主要工作內容
1. 臨床與教學現場技術支援

• 協助業務與臨床教育團隊於國內外醫療教學現場展示、臨床訓練課程及展示執行產品操作支援任務。
• 進行產品試用、測試、安裝、除錯與操作示範，確保系統穩定運作並提供即時技術協助。

2. 醫療系統整合、維護與故障排除

• 負責公司產品於客戶端／手術室現場與醫療系統（軟硬體及周邊設備）之整合測試。
• 執行例行保養、維修與問題排查，必要時支援海外合作夥伴或醫院的技術疑難排解。

3. 技術紀錄與內部回饋

• 具體記錄維護、異常排除、故障排查等歷程。
• 整理並回報研發與技術團隊，用於技術分析與產品改善。

4. 產品教育訓練與教學活動

• 執行國內外醫師、工程師、使用者的教育訓練。
• 協助醫師、技術人員及醫學院學員熟悉系統功能與臨床應用。
• 具備基本英文聽說能力，可應對基本溝通與操作說明。

5. 手術室產品操作支援

• 進入手術室依照醫師需求協助排除產品使用障礙。
• 支援產品應用示範，提供技術與操作教用。

6. 國內外出差與時段彈性

• 能配合醫院、教育機構或合作夥伴需求，彈性調整出勤。
• 需出差（含短期海外、展會、教育訓練活動）。

Job Responsibilities
1. Clinical and Educational Technical Support

Provide on-site technical support for product demonstrations and clinical training sessions, both domestically and internationally.

Conduct product trials, testing, installation, debugging, and demonstrations to ensure system stability and provide real-time technical assistance.

2. Medical System Integration, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting

Responsible for integration testing of company products with client-side/OR medical systems (hardware, software, and peripherals).

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting; provide technical support to overseas partners or hospitals when necessary.

3. Technical Documentation and Internal Feedback

Maintain detailed records of maintenance, anomaly resolution, and troubleshooting processes.

Compile and report feedback to the R&D and technical teams for technical analysis and product improvement.

4. Product Training and Educational Activities

Conduct educational training for physicians, engineers, and end-users worldwide.

Assist physicians, technicians, and medical students in becoming proficient with system functions and clinical applications.

Possess basic English listening and speaking skills for general communication and operational instructions.

5. Operating Room (OR) Technical Support

Enter the operating room to assist physicians in troubleshooting product issues as required.

Support product application demonstrations and provide hands-on technical and operational guidance.

6. Domestic/Overseas Travel and Flexible Scheduling

Ability to adjust work hours flexibly based on the needs of hospitals, educational institutions, or partners.

Willingness to travel (including short-term overseas trips, trade shows, and training events).

7. Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications
Educational background in Engineering (Biomedical, Electronic, Mechanical, Information Technology) or Nursing (RN license is a plus).

Prior experience in medical device field support or clinical operations is preferred.
