【核心職責】
- 專案生命週期管理： 全權負責專案執行，確保所有交付成果符合時程要求，並維持 Ipsos 高品質標準。
- 客戶關係維護： 擔任客戶與公司內部的核心溝通窗口，主動回報專案進度，確保資訊同步，並建立長期穩固的合作關係。
•研究設計與規劃： 參與專案前期規劃，撰寫具競爭力的研究提案；設計問卷及規劃主持人指南（Moderator Guide），確保研究工具精確蒐集所需數據。
- 商業目標： 強化對客戶商業目標的理解，透過設計精確的調查架構，挖掘顧客未被滿足的潛在需求與偏好。
- 洞察產出與報告撰寫： 針對市場研究數據進行深度解析與圖表化分析，將數字轉化為商業影響力的研究報告。
- 策略諮詢建議： 產出專業的研究成果，為客戶提供關鍵的商業決策支援，協助客戶優化營運策略。

具備市場研究、顧問業或相關領域之專案執行經驗者尤佳。
具備優秀的專案管理能力，並能夠在多工環境下工作。
擁有出色的跨部門溝通與客戶應對技巧，能有效化解挑戰並滿足客戶需求。
對數據具備高度敏感度，並擅長邏輯分析與敘事（Storytelling）。
英語能力佳，能靈活運用於專業環境中。
精通中文。
Ipsos in Taiwan is looking for a candidate with exceptional organizational and communication skills, who can ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Manage project execution to ensure timely delivery to a high-quality standard
- Maintain client relationships by liaising effectively with clients on project-related information and progress updates
- Draft proposals and design questionnaires and moderator guides to ensure the necessary data is captured
- Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences
- Interpret research findings, draw conclusions, and write reports from charted analysis
- Provide clients with vital information to help them make business decisions
