What Makes You a Great Fit

• Proven track record in automotive service sales
• Strong closing skills and confidence selling high-dollar repairs
• Ability to overcome objections without being pushy
• Excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance targets
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Experience with European vehicles is preferred
• Tekmetric experience is a plus

Your Responsibilities

• Turn technician recommendations into approved repairs
• Present estimates confidently and communicate repair value
• Follow up on declined services and outstanding estimates
• Build customer trust and long-term relationships
• Maintain strong sales performance and shop productivity
