Are you a sales-driven Service Advisor who knows how to turn opportunities into revenue?

Prestige Auto Tech is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor with a proven ability to sell high-value repairs, overcome objections, and consistently exceed sales goals.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys the sales side of automotive service and wants to work in a busy, professional repair facility.

We're looking for a producer, not just someone who processes repair orders.

What We're Looking For

• Proven automotive service sales experience
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Confidence presenting and selling expensive repairs
• Ability to build trust and overcome customer objections
• Excellent follow-up on pending and declined estimates
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• European vehicle experience preferred
• Tekmetric experience is a plus

Your Responsibilities

• Present repair estimates and secure customer approvals
• Convert technician recommendations into sold work
• Follow up on unsold estimates and declined services
• Build lasting customer relationships
• Work closely with technicians to maintain shop efficiency
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
