What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in automotive service advising and sales
• Strong closing skills with high-value repair estimates
• Ability to communicate repair value and handle objections
• Excellent customer follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Confidence working toward ambitious sales targets
• Strong organization, accountability, and attention to detail
• European and luxury vehicle experience preferred
• Tekmetric experience is a plus

What You'll Do

• Guide customers through the repair process from inspection to approval
• Present estimates clearly and confidently close sales
• Follow up on outstanding estimates and declined services
• Identify legitimate maintenance and repair opportunities
• Coordinate with technicians to maintain efficient workflow
• Build repeat business through outstanding customer service
