Prestige Auto Tech is expanding our team in Miami and searching for an experienced, sales-driven Automotive Service Advisor who takes ownership of results.

We offer an established customer base, experienced technicians, and a professional environment where your ability to sell makes a difference.

We're looking for someone who understands that successful service advising isn't just about explaining repairs. It's about building value, earning approvals, and maximizing every legitimate sales opportunity.

What Makes You a Strong Candidate

• Proven track record in automotive service sales
• Excellent closing skills and confidence with high-dollar estimates
• Ability to overcome objections and secure customer approvals
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with sales goals and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• European and luxury vehicle experience preferred
• Tekmetric experience is a plus

Your Responsibilities

• Present repair estimates and confidently ask for the sale
• Convert technician recommendations into approved repair orders
• Follow up on declined services and pending estimates
• Build long-term customer relationships and repeat business
• Coordinate with technicians to maintain efficient shop operations
• Consistently achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
