This isn't a position for someone who simply takes appointments and prepares estimates. We need a professional who can lead customer conversations, confidently explain repair recommendations, and turn opportunities into approved work.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in automotive service advising and sales
• Strong closing skills with high-ticket repair estimates
• Confidence asking for the sale and overcoming objections
• Ability to communicate value rather than compete on price
• Excellent customer follow-up and retention skills
• Motivated by sales goals, accountability, and results
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• European vehicle experience preferred
• Tekmetric experience is a plus

What You'll Be Doing

• Present repair recommendations and confidently close sales
• Convert digital vehicle inspections into approved repair orders
• Follow up on pending estimates and declined services
• Build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Drive sales performance while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
