Business Analyst – Finance Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major Finance Transformation program, supporting the modernisation of finance systems, processes and operations.
Working closely with Finance stakeholders, technology teams and transformation leads, you will translate business requirements into practical solutions and support the delivery of Oracle-based transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Map current-state and future-state finance processes.
• Work with Finance stakeholders to identify process improvements and business needs.
• Support Oracle ERP implementation and transformation activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions.
• Undertake fit-gap analysis and support solution design.
• Develop test scenarios and support UAT and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams, architects and system integrators.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Finance or ERP Transformation.
• Mandatory Oracle ERP experience, ideally Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, including P2P, O2C and R2R.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping and functional documentation.
• Exposure to ERP implementation, testing and UAT.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
