Business Analyst – Salesforce & Process ImprovementKey Responsibilities:
- Consult with staff and stakeholders to identify business, process and system improvement opportunities.
- Analyse current business processes, systems and procedures and develop practical, business-aligned solutions.
- Identify and implement improvements that increase efficiency, cost-effectiveness and customer outcomes.
- Support the design and configuration of Salesforce functionality and integration with existing systems.
- Develop and support Power BI reports and dashboards, including data and reporting requirements.
- Support user access, privacy, data integrity and cybersecurity requirements while managing multiple improvement initiatives and changing priorities.
- A Business Analyst with strong experience in business process analysis and process improvement.
- Practical experience with Salesforce, including administration, configuration or business requirements.
- Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and consultation skills.
- The ability to translate business needs into practical system and process solutions.
- Understanding of data access, permissions, privacy and data integrity.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is highly regarded but not essential.
