1. Good understanding of design flow automation, integration of Cerebrus with synthesis and APR flow
2. Ability to analyze and optimize the QoR by using machine learning exploration
3. Hands-on experience with Cadence Cerebrus tool
4. Experience in RTL synthesis/APR flow, hands-on experience with Cadence Genus/Innovus tool
5. Good understanding of ASIC design flow and collaborate with APR team for implementation flow
6. Understanding of low power design flows
7. TCL, python and perl scripting
8. With the ability for communication skill and work independently
