Chief Resident Architect
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all architectural works for major construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, project requirements, regulatory standards, and safety requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate architectural site activities with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve architectural design and construction issues.
- Administer and manage contracts in accordance with PSSCOC requirements.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance to ensure successful project delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 20 years of relevant architectural experience, including at least 15 years on projects of similar scale and complexity.
- Extensive experience in architectural works for major buildings, tunnels, and deep excavation projects.
- Degree in Architecture recognized by the Board of Architects.
- Registered Architect with the Board of Architects.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration under PSSCOC.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
