Customer Activation Manager | Commercial

You implement Ramp’s products for newly closed customers and ensure they realize value quickly. You educate customers on functionality and best practices, understand their workflows and obstacles, manage onboarding projects, refine implementation processes, coordinate customer feedback with Product, manage competing priorities, and participate in hiring and onboarding new team members.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers quickly and thoroughly
• Educate customers on Ramp functionality and best practices
• Understand customer workflows, pain points, and rollout obstacles
• Drive revenue by reducing implementation delays and communicating product value
• Master Ramp integration and configuration options
• Partner with Product to prioritize customer feedback
• Manage implementation, follow-up, and proactive outreach priorities
• Participate in interviewing, selecting, and onboarding team members
• Develop implementation policies, procedures, and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or product operations in a B2B organization
• Exceptional project management and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn the product thoroughly and communicate its value effectively
• Proven track record of exceeding quota or outperforming key target metrics
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and position product solutions
• High adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with accounting software or accounting
• Experience with financial services sales
