Customer Activation Manager | Enterprise

You lead enterprise customers through implementation and agentic workflow adoption, owning time-to-value and measurable outcomes. You create change management strategies, manage executive stakeholders, communicate financial impact to CFOs and Controllers, use AI tools daily, support adoption of agentic finance capabilities, coordinate implementations with Account Executives and Technical Consulting, and bring customer insights to Product.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise customers through implementation and agentic workflow adoption
• Own change management strategies for customer accounts
• Map stakeholders and diagnose resistance
• Build internal coalitions and drive adoption
• Quantify and communicate business impact to CFOs and Controllers
• Manage executive-level stakeholder relationships
• Use AI tools to prepare for calls, build materials, synthesize data, and identify risks
• Help customers adopt agentic finance capabilities
• Partner with Account Executives and Technical Consulting on implementations
• Bring customer insights to Product

Requirements

• Enterprise change management experience
• Fluency with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA, Workday, or Sage Intacct
• Daily habitual use of AI tools
• Ability to communicate financial impact and connect implementation milestones to P&L outcomes
• Technical acumen with integrations, APIs, and workflow architecture
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise customer success or implementations
• Experience with agentic workflows
• Finance domain experience
• C-suite relationship management
