About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist customers with digital advertising and paid campaign-related enquiries. You will use your language skills and digital marketing knowledge to provide effective support and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries in German and English.
- Provide guidance on paid campaigns and digital advertising products.
- Investigate customer issues and recommend suitable solutions.
- Explain platform features and support customers in using relevant tools.
- Follow service procedures and quality standards.
- Coordinate with colleagues to resolve more complex enquiries.
- Fluent German and English.
- Mandatory experience in paid campaign management.
- A degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in digital marketing and customer support/contact centre operations in an advertising technology environment.
- Familiarity with social media products and digital advertising.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; flexibility for rotating shifts.

€1,050–€1,150 gross/month (paid over 14 months; source salary: €1,100)
Benefits
Welcome bonus paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year; €7.63 net meal allowance per working day; €60 attendance bonus (as stated in the offer)
Location & Work Arrangement
On-site, Lisbon, Portugal
Working Schedule
Initial shifts between 07:00 and 19:00, Monday to Sunday; the schedule may transition to 24/7 rotating shifts with two rotating days off.
Relocation
Relocation support provided. Shared accommodation may be available for up to 12 months; utilities are included and accommodation costs are deducted from salary.
