Customer Support Specialist – Social Media & Digital Advertising —Italian

About the Role

We are seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to provide assistance in a digital advertising environment. You will support customers with enquiries related to social media products and paid campaigns, using your Italian and English communication skills to deliver reliable and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and provide clear, helpful information.
• Assist with questions related to social media products and digital advertising.
• Support users with paid campaign-related issues.
• Investigate customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow internal procedures and service-quality guidelines.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Previous experience in paid campaign management is mandatory.
• A degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in digital marketing and customer service/contact centre operations in an advertising technology environment.
• Knowledge of social media products and basic digital advertising concepts.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work rotating shifts.

Salary & Benefits

• €980–€1,020 gross/month (paid over 14 months; source salary: €1,000)
• €2,000 welcome bonus paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year; €7.63 net meal allowance per working day; €40 attendance bonus (as stated in the offer).

Location & Work Arrangement

On-site, Lisbon, Portugal

Working Schedule

Initial shifts between 07:00 and 19:00, Monday to Sunday; the schedule may transition to 24/7 rotating shifts with two rotating days off.

Relocation

Relocation support provided. Shared accommodation may be available for up to 12 months; utilities are included and accommodation costs are deducted from salary.
