We are looking for a Cybersecurity Awareness & Enablement Specialist to drive security culture, awareness, and behavioral change across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of business and security, translating security requirements into engaging communication, training, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. You will play a key role in embedding security into everyday business practices and strengthening the organization’s human defense layer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a security communication and awareness strategy
- Develop and deliver training programs (mandatory and targeted) and lead awareness campaigns and engagement initiatives
- Build and manage a Security Champions network while collaborating with Security, HR, Compliance, and business stakeholders
- Drive development of people-focused risk frameworks (e.g., human risk / vulnerability) and improve policy adoption and behavioral compliance
- Manage internal security communication channels (SharePoint, Viva Engage, etc.)
- Support incident and crisis communication planning
- Act as a bridge between security and business teams to embed security into daily practices
