Desktop Support Analyst joining an established IT team in Nottingham on a hybrid basis, providing onsite and remote support across a multi-site Windows estate. Day to day involves troubleshooting hardware/software and Office 365, managing users and devices via Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Endpoint Manager and Intune, and helping maintain security with Microsoft Defender.
