Desktop Support Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Technician to join our team in the Mumbai Region, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our users, ensuring that all desktop and IT-related issues are resolved efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of various software and hardware systems, as well as excellent communication skills to assist users effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-level support for desktop and IT-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting. - Assist users with Microsoft 365 and O365 applications, ensuring they are functioning correctly. - Manage and maintain Active Directory accounts, including user creation, modification, and deletion. - Perform routine maintenance on hardware and networking equipment to ensure optimal performance. - Document all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system to maintain accurate records. - Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall service delivery. - Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in desktop support and IT services. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of desktop support and IT support principles. - Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and O365 applications. - Experience with Active Directory management. - Basic networking knowledge and hardware networking skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills to interact with users effectively.
