Desktop Support Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Technician to join our IT support team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role involves troubleshooting issues, configuring systems, and ensuring that all IT services are running smoothly to support our users effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-line support for desktop and laptop issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting. - Assist users with configuration and installation of operating systems and applications, particularly Microsoft 365 and O365. - Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory. - Respond to IT help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system to maintain accurate records. - Collaborate with other IT team members to improve support processes and enhance user experience. - Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in desktop support. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of desktop support and troubleshooting techniques. - Experience with configuration and management of Microsoft 365 and O365. - Familiarity with Active Directory for user management. - Excellent communication skills to interact with users and understand their technical issues. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
