HR Recruiter

We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to screening and interviewing. You will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for various positions within our organization, particularly in the BPO and customer service sectors. Your ability to communicate effectively in Hindi will be an asset in reaching a diverse candidate pool. Key Responsibilities: - Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking. - Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. - Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Required Skills: - Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role. - Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in Hindi. - Familiarity with BPO and customer service recruitment. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
