HRMS Tester

We are seeking an experienced HRMS Tester to join our team in the Mumbai Region, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our HRMS applications. This role involves creating and executing test cases, performing functional testing, and validating various aspects of the employee life cycle, including attendance and leave management. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans and test cases for HRMS applications. - Conduct functional testing to ensure the system meets business requirements. - Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand system functionalities and user requirements. - Identify, document, and track defects and issues in the HRMS. - Perform regression testing to ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionalities. - Assist in the maintenance of attendance and leave management modules within the HRMS. - Provide feedback and suggestions for system improvements based on testing outcomes. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of HRMS applications and their functionalities. - Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools. - Experience in creating detailed test cases and executing them effectively. - Familiarity with the employee life cycle processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
