HRMS Tester

We are seeking an experienced HRMS Tester to join our team in the Mumbai Region, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our HRMS applications. This role involves working closely with the development team to create and execute test cases, as well as validating the entire employee life cycle processes within the system. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans and test cases for HRMS applications, focusing on functional testing. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that the HRMS meets business needs. - Conduct thorough testing of attendance and leave management features, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. - Identify, document, and track defects, working with the development team to resolve issues in a timely manner. - Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support to end-users during the implementation phase. - Maintain documentation of test results and provide feedback for continuous improvement of the HRMS. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of HRMS systems and their functionalities. - Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools. - Experience in creating detailed test cases and executing functional tests. - Familiarity with attendance and leave management processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
